DPC is healthcare on your terms. You pay a flat monthly fee that covers unlimited telehealth and office visits, anytime call, text, and email access to your provider, dozens of common in-office procedures, tests, and services, and transparently-priced labs, scans, and medications.

In turn, your provider gets to know you one-on-one and uses this knowledge to customize a health plan that makes you feel heard, cared for, and supported in mind, body, and spirit.

Up to 18 years old:
$25/month with at least one parent membership

Unlimited primary care. Urgent care. Preventative care. Physicals. Women’s health. Well child visits. Chronic disease management. Medication management. Stitches or staples. Call, text, or email access to your provider. Plus steeply discounted cash-priced services and medications.

Outside health insurance is not required to be a Primary Care Plus member, but life is messy and health emergencies beyond the scope of DPC do happen. Some patients choose to pair their membership with medical cost sharing programs or wrap-around coverage in the case of heart attack, stroke, cancer, etc. Primary Care Plus staff are happy to help patients navigate the possibilities.
